The Positive Habit Helped My Anxiety & Stress


Hi, my name is Laura, before I did The Positive
Habit I was definitely very stressed, I over thought every little thing which had a negative
impact on my self-esteem and my work and made me really quite anxious em that’s why I was
determined to do something about it and how I came across The Positive habit. I was impressed with how quickly I noticed
the difference definitely within two weeks I could see a difference in myself and having
a more positive outlook. By the end of it, I was ten times more confident
em I was able to deal with stressful situations far better and my anxiety eased off a lot. I do recognize the importance of maintenance
I would listen to the MP3’s maybe two, three times a week depending of on how stressful
of a week I’m having and I am looking forward to the maintenance program that is coming
down the line. I would recommend The Positive Habit o absolutely
everybody and I have done so to my friends and family
