You are going to have cravings. They’re going to come at random times and they’re going
to come for a lot of different things. I recommend give in to them. Don’t restrict yourself.
When you start to restrict yourself then you are going to potentially want it more and
eat foods that are worse for you. I recommend a very healthy diet in pregnancy, lots of
small frequent meals and eat a little bit. If you are craving that cheesecake from the
cheesecake factory, have bite, don’t have th entire piece, make sure that you are not
giving in too much. You don’t want to gain too much weight in pregnancy but you also
don’t want to suffer so I recommend have a little, take that little bite, sooth that
