Didn’t have morning sickness, still work out,
I try to eat as healthy as possible. So you know cave into a few cravings here and there- it’s only fair.
At the beginning, definitely, of the pregnancy, I bowed more to my cravings. I started craving
chicken. I don’t like chicken! Started craving hamburgers. And I don’t like beef! The science
behind that actually is related to your blood levels. Blood volume is increasing so much
you have to keep up with it. So women are gonna tend to…to crave things that are high
in iron. And you’ll have women who are wanting hamburgers and wanting red meat in order to
satisfy that craving. We had KFC this weekend! I haven’t eaten KFC in five years, I just
want fried chicken! I need, like, a steak! Food tastes fabulous. My favorite, favorite
of all time is Wild Cherry Pepsi. [sigh] I love it. She just craves normal food, but
just random normal food. Yesterday was a beef brisket chimichanga. Mango sorbet. Fruits.
Cheese… You know, we went to like, a restaurant on Saturday and we had nachos and cheese and
I was like, the cheese was like, the best thing. My cravings are typically a pickle,
just one. I still have my thing where I have to have grapefruit juice like, every single
day. P.S. the baby loves broccoli, which is a good thing. And people have been asking
me, like, “What are you craving? Like, pickle, pickle juice?” I’m like, “No!” Everybody’s
are so different. Unfortunately I never crave sweets! Like, I haven’t been eating any ice
cream, which I normally eat. I just, like, don’t really want it. Max is very good. He
brings me Chinese food and dumplings and things when I need it. All I wanted was mac n cheese
and burgers and all the stuff that’s stuff that he would eat. Sour things! Pickles, banana
peppers and spicy stuff. Like, I am drenching my fries in Red Hot. We’ve gone through a
couple of bottles-the big bottles-of Red Hot.
