ACL Reconstruction | Improving Dynamic Knee Stability | Part 6

Here are two exercises for improving
dynamic knee stability and proprioception after ACL reconstruction. Maintain balance as the board shifts forward and back, side to side and up, and down. Progress to a jumping quarter turn. Land softly with the bent knee and hip,
with a forward lean. The knees should not cave inwards when landing. Relearning
how to land on an unstable surface is essential for maximizing your recovery!
