  3. I was addicted to sugar, if I ate what you recommended I would be back on the wagon and need to withdrawal again. Nobody says a cigarette, alcohol or crack in moderation is ok, sugar is no different. Your tastebuds will adjust in 2 weeks and continue for 3 months, then your food will taste better and you will enjoy flavours like never before!

  4. Dark chocolate doesn't kill the craving for milk chocolate. It sends the craving into over drive to get rid of the taste!

  5. So it's really about replacing bad sugar with not-so-bad sugar or artificial sweeteners that will probably mess up your metabolism.
