to becoming more attractive. Ok, ok..  wait…  I know what you’re
thinking. how can a person become instantly more attractive to everyone and anyone?   I
mean we all have different preferences of what We find physically attractive, right?
Yes, that’s true.   But remember, Attractiveness is something much deeper than appearance.
It’s more than bone structure and skin tone or the shape of your body. Attractiveness  is a quality of a person
that transcends the physical. It’s the magnetic chemistry that is given off by your attitude, 
your personality, and your energy. You know how there are some people that you
are very attracted to, but you’re not completely sure why? It’s like you feel intense chemistry…well,
that’s attraction. And the five tips that I’m going to share will help to kick that
chemistry up a few notches making you more attractive. Oh, and this is not something
I made up. And It’s not a trick. It’s all based on the sound psychological science
that I’ll also share. Let me explain.  See, these are 5 tips that
will increase your level of attraction by first increasing your level of subjective
well-being. Subjective well being is a psychological term that describes the way you experience
the quality of your life, the way you think about yourself, your level of happiness, and
your level of life satisfaction. Without getting in too deep, a person who
scores high on measures of subjective well being is a person who has a high level of
satisfaction with their life, experiences greater positive moods such as optimism, happiness,
and confidence, while also experiencing little or less negative moods such as anger, and
anxiety, and fear. So, how does this relate to attractiveness?  Well as it turns out,
people with high levels of subjective well being are perceived by others as more attractive
too.   So, when you implement this 5 simple steps, you will increase your level of subjective
well being, and when that happens, you become much more attractive to everyone.  it’s
like becoming magnetized… I know it sounds too good to be true, so Let
me offer you some evidence and examples and then I’ll jump right into the things you
can do today to increase your level of subjective well being.  So make sure you keep watching
so you can begin to implement these changes immediately. As I mentioned earlier, one component of subjective
well being is happiness.  And as I’ve talked about in other videos, Becoming happier makes
anyone profoundly more  attractive. I’m not going to cite the many studies that show
how happiness is related to attraction, because that would bore too many people.  But simply
put, your level of attractiveness is directly related to your expressions of joy and happiness. 
And it’s really powerful. In fact, A happy facial expression even compensates for relative
unattractiveness.  What that means is that people who are relatively unattractive become
attractive when they express genuine joy and happiness. But don’t take my word for it,
search it up… Do a google search on happiness and attraction,
facial expressions and attraction, and smiling and attraction and you can read
up on it. I’d love to know your thoughts… are you

discussion. Ok. The second component of subjective well being
is life satisfaction and optimism.  And think about this..  Some of the most common advice
given to singles looking to attract a partner is to ‘just be confident.’
Common wisdom suggests that confidence is highly attractive to potential partners, and
research has confirmed that men and women rate confidence as a very attractive trait
in a potential partner. But Why is confidence so attractive? Well,
One reason is that a lot of the things we want in a partner are difficult to observe
directly, especially on first meeting – this includes traits like competence, ambition,
social status, and kindness. And because we trust that people know themselves well, we
assume that their confidence (or lack thereof) reflects their actual value as a partner. So..  if you increase your level of confidence
and optimism, your life satisfaction will also go up and you are universally more attractive
as a result. And lastly, negative affect or negative emotions
such as anger, fear, sadness and pessimism are negatively co-related to attractiveness.
In other words, people who express these emotions are viewed as less attractive than people
who express neutral emotions.. and as I mentioned earlier, a lack of Negative
emotions is one of the three components of SWB. ..
ok. Enough with the explanations. So..  how can you increase your level of
subjective well being and become universally more attractive? Well, these 5 simple behavioral changes work
towards keeping your brain chemistry balanced and helping you achieve a healthier and happier
state of mind. They also reduce the negative effects of stress by making you more resilient
.. keeping those negative emotions at bay. And when those things happen, you’re happier,
feel more in control and optimistic , and more satisfied with your life.. all components
of subjective well being that make you more attractive as a result.  So.  Without further
ado, here are the five steps. #1 Practice Meditation.   
As I’m sure you’re aware, mindfulness meditation has caught on in a big way over
the past few years…  and for good reason. if practiced correctly, mindfulness meditations
can help improve health, mood, brain power, sleep habits,
dietary habits…  and your sex life!!! Meditation is a precise technique for resting
the mind and attaining a state of consciousness that is totally different from the normal
waking state.                                   In meditation, the mind is clear, relaxed, and
inwardly focused. When you meditate, you are fully awake and alert, but your mind is not
focused on the external world or on the events taking place around you. Meditation requires
an inner state that is still and one-pointed so that the mind becomes silent. When the
mind is silent and no longer distracts you, meditation deepens. Learning to meditate is like learning any
other skill.  It’s like exercising a muscle that you’ve never really worked out before.
It takes consistent practice to get comfortable… but the benefits are life changing.  I promise
when you practice daily… your life changes for the better.  I’ve been practicing for
at least 2-3 years…  And I love it. So how do you start? Well, you can download
apps that will teach you how to meditate, or purchase various meditation devices the
provide real-time feedback on how you’re doing. #2. Take OMEGA-3 Supplements 
You’ve probably seen Omega-3 fatty acids supplements, around your local health food
store and on the Internet. Basically I’m taking about fish oil supplements.
but what does fish oil have to do with happiness? Well according to so many studies, Omega-3
fatty acids help to lower inflammation in your body, and it can also change the way
your brain functions. Omega-3 fatty acids are a group of essential
fatty acids that are vital for healthy brain function.
But in particular, Omega 3 fatty acids with the right concentrations of EPA and DHA help
serotonin and dopamine circuits in our brains function more efficiently.  And as you probably
know, serotonin and dopamine are two neurotransmitters that regulate your mood and are responsible
for happiness and pleasure. When you don’t take in enough Omega-3 fatty
acids either in your diet or with supplements, the circuitry for those two neurotransmitters
doesn’t function as efficiently, so you are less likely to feel happiness or pleasure. 
Unfortunately most of us have a diet very low in this essential nutrient. But the good
news is it’s easy to find as a supplement. So, look for fish oil supplements that provide
a daily dose of 1,000 mg of EPA and 500 mg of DHA for enhancing a positive mood.  I
use these…   Everyday and I certainly notice a difference if I dont take them for a few
days.  They work and there are tons of scientific studies that testify to its mood enhancing
benefits. #3. EXERCISE Maintaining a healthy body not only helps
to keep you looking good, but also acts as a mood lifter and a source of increased energy.
  several studies have found that exercise is about as effective, if not more effective,
than most antidepressant medications.  So When it comes to experiencing increased happiness,
exercise makes a big difference! The best type of exercise that raises your
level of happiness is an aerobic exercise that elevates your heart rate to about 140
to 160 beats per minute for 35 to 40 minutes at least three times each week 
Types of aerobic exercise include walking (ideally at a brisk pace to achieve a moderate
level of physical activity), jogging, and running, as well as swimming and bicycling. Again,
you’ve got to get your heart rate up to at least 140 and keep that pace for 35 min,
3 times a week. #4 EXPOSURE TO SUNLIGHT  
Light exposure is something many of us don’t think about much, but it has a much more important
role in keeping you happy than you think. Due to our long ancestral history of spending
the day outside, our brains have developed a rhythm that depends on the bright light
of the sun. When we spend all day in a room, even if it is brightly lit, we don’t get
enough light for the needs of our brain. Spending at least thirty minutes a day exposed
to bright light, preferably at the same time every day, is essential to your wellbeing.
This strategy is simple and easy to implement—and it can have quite the impact on decreasing
symptoms of depression. For a cost-effective method, simply go outside to soak up the sun
for thirty minutes or longer every day. If you live in a cold climate or if getting outside
can be challenging for you, there are also “light box” options, which emit 10,000
lux… this is your own personal sun- shine to enjoy at home! Be sure to make the effort
to get exposed to light every single day to reap the most benefits from this simple get-happy
strategy. #5. GET ENOUGH SLEEP 
While sleep requirements vary slightly from person to person, most healthy adults need
between 7 to 9 hours of sleep per night to function at their best. So, A regular sleep
schedule is vital, and making sure that you spend plenty of time sleeping is especially
important. The National Sleep Foundation states that sleep is important for a variety of reasons.
Getting adequate sleep reduces your levels of stress, helps to improve memory and concentration
skills, enhances your coordination, and dramatically reduces the likelihood of depression. Many people take time away from their sleep
schedule to make up for hectic lifestyles, but it is important to remember that if you
do, you are sacrificing your happiness and mental stability as well. Remember, 7-9 hours
of sleep per night is needed to maintain the right brain chemistry to function well. 
So get yourself into a healthy sleep pattern including falling asleep and waking up at
approximately the same time each day. Avoid alcohol or caffeine in the evening,
dim the lights before bed, and stay away from harshly lit screens like the TV or your computer
screen. All of these can help you get to sleep more easily. Your body and your brain will
thank you for it. Do these lifestyle changes work?  Yes.. big
time.  They work individually, but they work best when you combine all five…  and wait..
  implementing these strategies not only make you happier, they make you more attractive
and healthier both physically and emotionally. Being happier will make you more attractive,
more successful and healthier.   Its your opportunity to become your best self. So give

  2. Careful on those heart rate numbers! It depends on your age and fitness level. Those numbers are way too high for anyone over 40 who is not in decent shape, and always too high for someone over 55. Find a chart online to find your numbers.

  5. For me looks are fairly important though, I'm only attracted to guys who are tall and fit/muscular as I'm into fitness a lot and love gym, and would like someone who likes exercise too. I've never been attracted to guys not into fitness or training, no matter what their personality is. All my crushes were gym goers

    According to all cardiologist I know the human heart is designed towork normally from 60 to 100 beats per minute! 140 beats could cause a heart attack! Other than that this is an awesome message!!!

Further, mediation helps to strengthen it, since anyhow such isolated prayer brings one into an environment of cosmic support, for acceleration of fulfilment, now or near future…

  11. I want to share an article I read many years ago (short version). It was about a man who fell in love with what he felt was the ugliest woman in the world. At first when he met her he could not believe how confident she was. She lured him into bed and just before intimacy she lays on the bed and say this is just for you to enjoy. He was amazed at the fact that this woman was not physically attractive. Her face. Her body. So why was he going back for more. Why did he finally pursue a relationship with her. In the end she left him and he knew she would because he realized that she was too good for him. That woman was was so confident. So loving. He realized she was the most beautiful woman he had ever met. He realized that all of the physically beautiful women that he had slept with lacked confidence. She touched him in a way that he had never been touched. Because of her confidence she had no inhibitions. She knew he was not ready or mature enough to accept what she had to give so she left him. A woman who loves life and lives it to the fullest and now his heart has to heal from this incredible woman. Ladies heal from inside first. If you are not confident first fix what is inside and it will reflect the outside. In Puerto Rico we call it Tumbao. Men want to be attracted to you then from there you show him your heart but have standards. Keep your legs closed and add value to yourself. Earn it. If I don't know you then you cannot be inside my body. So step to the side because I have a wonderful life to live and you are in my way.n PEACE OUT.

  16. I love how you always focus on working on yourself/healthy habits/be happier/more fulfilled solo in order to "become more attractive". I notice a lot of guys that give "dating advice" online tend to focus on sexualizing women rather than being a healthy & happy person.
    I have noticed that the more I work on myself/ insecurities, the happier I feel. No joke, I've been attracting a LOT more guys that are also healthier as well. I had terrible attachment styles & trauma that made me attract & be attracted to unhealthy/toxic ppl. Since I have been working on myself, following your advice along with a lot of other resources utilized, I've noticed a significant difference. Not just in who I attract in my life but also my ability to feel confident, safe, & trust myself to make great choices that are so much more fulfilling & happier. Thank you!

That's why I love french pasty-sidewalks /street-coffee-shops, bistros (I don't know the english words): Sunny days, coffee, water or fruit-juice (no lemonade), french cakes/cookies/sandwiches (no chemicals inside), french chansons (top favourites "today": Zaz "Paris sera toujours Paris", "Je veux", "Que vendra"; Charles Trenet "La Mer"; Charles Aznavour "Hier encore"; Dalida+Alain Delon "Parole, Parole"; and so many typical french songs… ).
    And thats why so many foreign people fall in love in/with Paris/Saint Tropez/Nice/Menton/whole france; like me, too!

  19. headed to the great state of Texas meditation and all that yoga and you showed pictures of the chakra of the body that's all Eastern we're Christian people my family and I we don't do that meditation is very very dangerous you're not supposed to clear your mind it's in God's word in the Holy Bible when we pray we're praying to God we're focusing on Jesus Christ in our Lord savior not on clearing our mind that's what Biblical meditation is about the regular meditation that secular it's it's very dangerous it's of the devil it's of that Eastern yoga New Age crap and if someone doesn't like you because you're depressed or not happy and fake all the time then that's a problem then they're they're fake people were supposed to help those that are suffering your information is a lot of it is very secular world and not true God bless you and yours find Jesus Christ he is the only way the truth and the light night yoga and Eastern mysticism crap

  22. Happiness is also great for your career. As a child, my mother insisted I learn how to have a "smile" in my voice. Later in life, I had several male clients tell me they always called me first with new investment opportunities because I always sounded happy to talk to them and it lifted their spirits.   27. Eat wild-caught salmon which is high in truly natural omega 3 fish oil. I don't trust the supplements. Alaskan cod fish oil is high in omega 3 fish oil.

  28. Each day is a new day! I look forward to meeting people. I get a lot of Hate at work. They are so miserable and I make them angry just showing up. I go in with "this is the best day" attitude full of pep, high energy and a smile. Some have asked are you on drugs or drunk. My reply is yes actually I am it's called "this is the best day"! And the best part it's all natural! They have despratly tried to knock me down! I do not apologize for who I am! I will not apologize for my glass being half full.   29. Men and women tell me I have strong sex appeal. I definitely do not have a perfect body. It's probably because I love people and enjoy being around them. I'm grateful I'm not alone in the world. I smile a lot because I'm grateful I'm alive each morning and enjoy all of God's creation. I see problems as challenges how to find great solutions… part of life. I give my problems to God and He gives me wisdom.

  31. I am naturally more quiet although I also act outgoing in different situations. How do I chat like I am confident? My friend is really social and out going. I observed she never gets embarrassed, its not in her personality. I usually ask questions when I small talk. I wish I could improve this because I know I could appear more confident. Like everything I am sure there are key words and a way of doing things that work better rather than worse. I am generally a happy person, and I do get more attention and looks from men when I am happy rather than stressed about things.
